Whitey Vulgar is a character I developed to formally challenge and visually encapsulate White Supremacist Capitalist Patriarchy. Here he’s shown in a series of three entitled “Life Drawings”. Designed in Illustrator, milled out of Ultralight MDF and finished in Acrylic paint. This work was shown along with Nilla Moments, a two-part zine wherein Whitey gets into all sorts of antics. Installation at the UCLA Design Media Arts MFA ’15 Thesis Show.
